  2. Visit site to conduct initial survey.
  3. Provide quote free of charge.
  4. Customer confirms go-ahead and signs up. Second survey carried out.
  5. 7 day cooling off period.
  6. Manufacture and quality check all materials.
  7. Delivery and install.
  8. Where applicable FENSA certificate, 10 Year Insurance Backed Guarantee supplied to customer.

All work is carried out to the highest standard and is FENSA-MTC endorsed.
